01 / Information we collect
WorkHorse Roofing respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is handled on workhorseroofingtx.com and when you contact us about roofing services.
When you email or call us, we receive the contact details and project information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, property address, and roofing questions. Please do not email payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive financial information.
When you submit the website’s inspection request form, the details you enter (your name, phone number, email address, property address, and the type of help you need) are sent to WorkHorse Roofing by email and by a Telegram notification to our team, along with the page you submitted from. We store these submissions in our records so we can follow up on your request. We never sell this information.
Our hosting infrastructure may process technical request data, including IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and request times, to deliver and protect the website. We use self-hosted Umami analytics to understand page visits, referral sources, browser and device types, and approximate location. Its standard tracking does not use cookies or store raw IP addresses in analytics records.
The website runs the Google Ads conversion tag and Google Tag Manager so we can measure which advertisements lead to inspection requests. Without your marketing-cookie consent they operate cookieless and send only anonymous signals; with it, Google sets its own cookies and receives technical data about your visit and whether you submitted a request. This is described in the cookie policy.
If you allow marketing cookies, the website also loads the Meta (Facebook) Pixel so we can measure which Facebook and Instagram advertisements lead to inspection requests. Meta then sets its own cookies and receives technical data about your visit, the pages you view and whether you submitted a request. Without that consent the Meta Pixel is not loaded. This is described in the cookie policy.
The inspection request form asks you to confirm that we may use your details to contact you about your roof. We record the time of that confirmation together with your request, and we assign each request a random request number that is shown on the confirmation page and used to avoid duplicate records.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to download these files, which exposes technical request information such as your IP address to that provider.
02 / How we use your information
We use information you provide to answer questions, discuss roofing needs, prepare estimates, arrange inspections and services, and provide customer support. Technical information helps us operate, secure, and improve the website.
Contacting us about a project does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails or text messages. Any separate marketing communications are subject to the applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
03 / SMS communications
This website does not enroll visitors in an automated SMS program. Submitting the inspection request form asks us to contact you about that request, which may include a call or text from a member of our team. It is not consent to receive marketing texts.
If you separately opt in to text communications with WorkHorse Roofing, the consent request should identify the messages you will receive and how to stop them. You may request that we stop contacting you by texting STOP in an active messaging conversation or by emailing support@workhorseroofingtx.com. Message and data rates may apply; frequency depends on the conversation or program.
05 / Data security & retention
We use safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Contact and service records may be retained to handle inquiries, provide services, meet recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. Self-hosted analytics records remain until deleted; we do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period.

You can contact support@workhorseroofingtx.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
You can ask us to stop promotional communications. If a promotional email includes an unsubscribe link, you may use that link. Your browser settings or privacy tools may also allow you to block analytics or third-party resources. Blocking those resources may affect how the website appears or functions.
