How long does a roof replacement take?

Should I repair or replace my roof?
Localized damage can often be repaired. Widespread wear, repeated leaks, or an older system may make replacement the better long-term value. We document both paths when both are viable.
What if the crew finds damaged decking?
Some damage only shows once the old roofing is removed. Your written scope explains how it is handled: we show you what we find and put any added work and its price in writing before it goes ahead.
Can I finance a roof replacement?
Ask about current financing availability when you speak with us. Any credit offer is subject to the provider’s approval and written terms, so compare the total repayment against the same written roof scope.
