Localized damage can often be repaired. When the findings point to a bigger problem, we say so, show you the photos, and put both options in writing so you can compare them on the same terms.
When to call for a roof repair
Book an inspection when you notice any of these. Keep your own checks at ground level and leave the roof to us:
- A ceiling stain or drip after rain, especially one that keeps coming back.
- Missing, lifted, or damaged shingles, or roofing pieces in the yard after wind.
- Worn or loose flashing around a chimney, vent, or wall.
- A roof concern raised during another home project or a home sale.
- Storm damage that looks limited to one area of the roof.
What’s included in a roof repair
A useful repair is defined, documented, and tied to the problem it fixes:
- A free inspection of the roof, flashing, ventilation, gutters, and the places leaks like to hide.
- Photos that show the suspected source and the damage it caused, explained in plain language.
- A written repair scope: the area, the materials being replaced, and what we check around it.
- A straight answer about what the repair leaves in place and what to keep an eye on afterward.
- Honest repair-vs-replace guidance when the findings point to a wider problem.
- A work area swept clean, with nails collected, before we leave.
